House Rules
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. Outdoor smoking only where permitted.
- Quiet hours: minimal noise after 22:00 (10pm) through 07:00. Please be considerate of neighbours at all times.
- No parties or events. Registered guests only, unless agreed in writing.
- Care for the property: report any damage/lost keys immediately so we can resolve quickly.
- Cleanliness: please leave dishes rinsed and bins bagged; our team handles full turnaround cleans.
- Pets: only by prior agreement (additional cleaning may apply).
- Safety: do not tamper with smoke/CO detectors or windows/locks.
- Check-out: follow the check-out notes in your arrival message; late check-out must be pre-approved.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We’ll do our best with early/late requests—please ask ahead of time.
Is parking available?
Most properties have either on-site or nearby parking. Your arrival email includes the exact details, restrictions and any permits if required.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are by prior agreement only and may include an additional cleaning fee. Tell us breed/size and we’ll confirm suitability.
What’s included (linen, towels, Wi-Fi)?
Hotel-grade linen and towels are provided for all guests, plus fast Wi-Fi, basic toiletries and a starter pack of tea/coffee/dish soap. Mid-stay housekeeping is available on request.
Longer stays / contractor bookings?
Yes—many guests stay for weeks or months. We can provide flexible housekeeping schedules, extra linens and invoicing for businesses.
Security deposit and damage
In some cases a pre-authorisation/deposit may apply. Please report issues straight away so we can put things right quickly.
